GameTessa provides a platform for browsing, downloading, and purchasing game assets including but not limited to character sprites, tilesets, sound effects, and other digital content for game development.

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. License & Usage Rights

Assets downloaded from GameTessa are licensed to you as follows:

• Free assets may be used in personal and commercial projects with attribution where specified
• Premium assets require a valid purchase and are licensed for use in your own projects
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the assets as standalone products
• You may not sublicense or transfer your license to another party

5. Payments & Refunds

Premium asset purchases are processed through our payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased asset, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or distribute malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GameTessa, including the website design, logos, and original text, is the property of GameTessa and its licensors. The game assets are the property of their respective creators. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
